How to integrate the Adv. Guestbook into another page(html)?

I want to put my guestbook into another page, it's a html page, but i don't know exactly how to do this. Should I integrated in a div , or form. I already install, it's woking, but i want it to be into another page. Can anyone help me? tks

You either need to edit the header.php and footer.php files to make it look like your site or have a look at Lazarus.
