Trevor,

I have put footer.inc.php already on ../admin/ folder !! But it has also show the following error message!!!

Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0. in /.../guestbook/lib/template.class.php on line 53

I have fine the problem of my guestbook,
the file user_pic.php (file size is 0)
