I have try to back up file from Guestbook 231 and can not find it , please , if some one can help with the information.

go into phpmyadmin or whatever your database managment script is, and save the database. you can export everything and it will save it to a txt file. If you don't have access, ask your host for it.

I am host in the Featureprice and every body know a lot of trouble they have and now sold , I do have access to my control pannel , but do not let me load up with my Frontpage , myphpadmin do not came out and so on , many ,many other problem , that is way I moved to another host.
