I'm using advanced poll with top.php and footer.php

So I'm using website with top.php and footer.php like this :

<?php include("top.php"); ?>
Text,text,text...
<?php include("footer.php"); ?>

My problem is : I have advanced poll in footer.php -file and when I click view results it shows only footer.php -file with my vote. How I can get it to show ALL site.

OK, I changed style like this : I have left.php and right.php in index.php
and Advanced Poll is in the right.php. When I answer the poll my browser goes to the right.php -page and shows me only that page.

I want it to show left.php and index.php too, not only right.php.

Please answer me... my site is very popular and I don't know how I can solve that problem.
