I get in with 'admin' & 'poll' (username & password), but next page is full of warnings:

When I click any of choices, it goes back to startpage asking username & password again....

What did I do wrong.
I've uploaded all php files in ASCII-mode, changed write permissions to all directories and files.

I'm in the same spot and I'm pretty sure we need to get mySql access from our ISPs. I emailed mine and I'm waiting on a response.
