Page Background Color Problem

after i installed in my host. it is working fine. But while i tried to change the Page Background Color from admin settings, its ok. And it display the same in mysql config table(pbgcolor).

But while i load the page it always displaying as a WHITE background. even after i chenaged the color. but its display the blue in Admin-Style Settings.

how to solve this problem?

Sounds like somethings gone wrong with your templates or, and this is more likely, you're sat behind a cache and aer still seeing the cached page.
