Problem panel_smilies

Hello, I have a problem with my guestbook. I'm sorry but I can't speak english so well, so I'll send an image to show you my problem and make you understand. When I click on "scan smilies", the smilies don't appear, but there is an error and the browser load only a smile.. always the same. I had the same problem with the password panel and the template, but I solved it finding the codes to substitute in the pages, that I have found on this forum. For what that concern the smilies panel, I haven't found nothing. Sorry for my bad english, I hope you can help me and understand what I've tried to explain with no problem. Thanks for your patience

PROBLEM:
