Problem with editing for html and css

I have installed the poll via installatron and it works great. I really like it. I am having some html/css editing problems though. In the admin/index.php in the templates I have no problem with editing style on the first page where you vote. But the results page and the popup window for the submit comment are a different story.

1. In IE the comment popup window is not long enough and the submit button is chopped off. Where can I change that?
(the window is the right size in mozilla)

2. The results page, I cannot find a place to edit the style in that.

3. Regarding 1 and 2 and the few files I have edited in direct admin: when color for example is changed, It does not view the change and the way I coded it when I open my site. Specifically the submit comment window however, when I use the preview button in direct admin, it views as I coded it.

Can some one point me in the right direction?

Just an FYI. I have completely designed my 2 websites myself so I have learned html and css. I just didn't want you to think that I was lost in these two areas therefore causing this to be being the problem.

Forget the results editing part. I finally found it.
