Query Error??? Help please

I was searching the forum for an answer, so that i didnt have to bother Carbonize lol. But it turns out i have to...

(im gonna sound like a stuck record)....
...The guestbook was working wonderful for the past month, and now it jus suddenly started giving me an error.

It reads...

Mr Carbonize, i know you can easily tell me how to fix this. And if not, can someone else who knows how to fix this, please reply. PLEASE.

Oh yeah, i tried re uploading the guestbook, and still nothing.

From reading the error it sounds more like a problem with the database and not the script. Any other scripts using MySQL and if so are they erroring as well? Contact your host about it.

This happened to me before. Clicking on repair database in CPanel quickly solved the problem.
