Unable to enable comments - Advanced Poll

Hi, I realise there is quite a lot in the forum about displaying comments, but I can't actually enable them, even though I have checked the 'Enable Comments' box when I created the new poll. Is there anything else I need to add to the code in my page to ensure that this option is displayed? The page is at: http://www.thecookeryacademy.com/poll1.php

Also, in IE7, the poll questions are centred and despite trying to left align everything through the General Settings, it doesn't seem to make any difference (looks fine in FF)
