Guests can not upload jpg and gif files to the guest book. Specifically what changes have to made to the files. Again, pls be specific. Thanks.

in admin>general settings:
picture upload needs to be enabled

in your guestbook directory the folders
/tmp
and /public
have to world writable
chmod 666
[Email] [WWW]
