advanced guestbook problem: not able to post without picture

hi all

first of all, thanx a lot for the script, good job!

I have two different guestbooks on two different servers and databases.
Both of them have the same problem:

It is not possible to post a message without a picture.
I have nothing changed, and do not know where to search
the bug.

Do anybody have any idea wher my problem is located?
