can not access Admin area of Advanced Guest Book

i have attempted to access the admin area of the guestbook, it asks for a Username and PW, i entered it, Still returned BACK to the LOgin Window.
Went into SQL DB and Checked For the ADMIN Nmae and PW, Went back into window and enter exactly what it said and STILL returned me back to login window. I Received the Book thru My Server Service Supplier. who is: http://nirmani.net/hosting/virtual/virtual.php

the default account is
username: test
password : 123

and *not* the admin name and pw from your sql db
