changing the "thank you for stopping by my site"

hello everyone
Would someone be ale to tell me how to change that greeting . I have just downloaded and set up the guestbook and would love to change that but i cannot figure out how . would someone be kind enough to maybe give me some detailed instructions on where to and how to change it .

@Carbonize: my English.php file does not contain the "Thank you for stopping..." language. Where is it by default, so I can edit it? Many thanks!

Anyone know how to delete those emoticons completely from the comment screen??
