having trouble with the add image option in advanced gb

i get an error whenever i try and upload a image in a post using advanced guestbook. i have the right folders chmodded to 777, and i just can figure it out. it gives me a line error "108" in /lib/add.class.php.

you can't use the upload feature. It's a restriction which makes uploading impossible.
