Try asking at http://spisas.com/ they'r pretty much pro's compared to the help I could offer since my specialty there is the Adv. Poll.

I used this guest book for my website and I translated it into vietnamese but some problem: if I chose "charset=windows-1252", everything is ok but when I change to "charset=utf-8" everything is disappear.
How can I solve this little trouble ?
