need help with ad. guestbook

here my probelm everything works fine i can load up admin panel and stuff, but when i try to test the guestbook say posting a message it doesnt work it loads back the addentry.php and when i go back to index.php to check if the entry appeared nothing is there i dont know what to do help

i have the same problem with ad guestbook. I can't sign to the gbook.
I am really interested of a solution.
