i need a way to add pics to my advanced guestdook help!!

whenever people try yo add pics in my advanced gbook it dos'nt show up and when i try it says
cannot upstream and the pic does not show up
can someone help me

One of the problems you could have is that your hosting provider doesn't allow file uploading.
Check your php variables with the script in the admin section and look for "file_uploads" this should be on.
