ok i have searched and every post i see is for getting the images added. but none for removing them. i have deleted the actual image files for the top of the guestbook. the one saying guestbook and sign the guestbook. but i want to be able to take away the boxes w/ the red x's. so if anyone could tell me what i need to edit to make those go away. i would forever be in your debt. thank you.

Open body.php and look around lines 4 and 5

The gbook.gif and signing.gif image tags are what you want to remove or comment out
