this shgowed up on one of my guestbooks instead of the main page can anyone tell me how to get back the guestbook page.

I'm guessing you have set the guestbook to allow HTML which is how this happened. You need to delete the offending entry then turn HTML off.

These types of messages are a way for 'hackers' to show that they have gained entry to your system. But it can also be a phrank.
If you own the box i would check and see if everyting else is in good order. For example run chrootkit. etc. You can never be sure enough.

no the recent spate of messages from r00t_System are just done by exploiting the fact that if you tell the guestbook to allow HTML it will allow ANY HTML. They have not accessed your system in anyway.
