Can't enter banned IPs

Love this forum.

I am unable to add banned IPs to my IP Number Ban List. I have two but don't seem to be able to add any more.

The only thing that occurs to me is I removed the code that allows homepage listings, which works great!

Might they be related? I am not sure exactly when I became unable to add banned IPs

Ps while your at it why dont you change to Lazarus Guestbook. Looks like most of your entries in yours are spam.
