I am getting this erro in an index.php page i have in the poll folder i made, does anyone know what the problem is?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class polldb_sql in c:\web\poll\include\class_mysql.php on line 10

If i see the demo page no 3 then it work fine but as soon i set the code into my own page it comes witht the error.
