Hello. I am pretty new to this, and I having difficulty installing the guestbook. This is the error message I keep getting...



Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! I am going crazy trying to figure out what's wrong.

Great, thank you! I can't believe I missed something that small!

However, I have a new problem now. I can get to this screen:


And when I input all of my information i get this error message:



I am not sure why it's saying that access for the user name is denied? I definitely put in the correct name and password in the config file. I am completely stumped here! Thanks in advance.

Try leaving the host field as localhost since that is the default.
If localhost does not work consult your hosting service provider.

I did set it up as the localhost... so I am not sure why it's saying that.

I think my host is more clueless than I am. I contacted them yesterday... there response was "Sorry, we can't help you."
