HELP! Can't login to admin

I changed the name of the guestbook folder but then changed it back when it complained.
Now I can get the guestbook going and leave messages, but cannot do admin.
Heres what happens.

PLEASE HELP> Its the best guestbook I have used, and I am not a php expert. But I DO need to get into admin.
