I clicked on the link you provided and found a really cool site, but no poll. I wanted to look at your code, because somehow I am just not getting it. I added the .htaccess code in and pasted the code into my page and I am getting something that looks like this:

There are multiple polls, as you can see. This is not the code I pasted in. It is the result in the browser.

Any thoughts?
