how to backup and restored in guestbook

I am host in the Featureprice and every body know a lot of trouble they have and now sold , I do have access to my control pannel , but do not let me load up with my Frontpage , myphpadmin do not came out and so on , many ,many other problem , that is way I moved to another host.

I have try to back up file from Guestbook 231 and can not find it , please , if some one can help with the information.

I have found a bug , but I am not sure that is the one case why do not find the url.
When I call the admin page and set the password tame to a address like this:
http://localhost/cgi-bin/links.pl
Any Idea ?

And make some mistake , now I reinstall it but do not let me log in and I know I set up the password and the name like always do for month, any sugestion?
