yes there is. The VERY FIRST page.

Auron
change pages extension to .php
make sure you got the correct path to booth.php

Auron
np, go to settings then general settings.
Find the img path box and keep playing
around with it until the images show up.

Auron
you can try my guide from my sig. some1 from here has used
it to install Adv. Poll 2.0.3 even though I wrote it for 2.0.2.

Hope that helps.
Auron
wrong path to poll / booth.php maybe?

Auron
check my sig.

Auron
glad you got it sorted and you found my guides useful.

Do they work still?
Even though they are meant for Adv. Poll 2.0.2.

Auron
change page extension from .html/.htm to .php

Auron
If your running a windows server then you do not need to chmod.
You most likely are running a windows server since your path is d:\...

Auron

Try removing that line.
Also...

Why have you got the poll_process from the 'textfile' version while the
other is from the 'db' version? They may be confilcting with each other.

Auron

Try that. Before HTML means before it.

Auron
yeah, check my sig.

Auron
i can't say that you've been hacked maybe the SQL server was down
for some reason. Also you may want to blank out your IP from your post
so no1 tries anything stupid with it.

Auron
just make each question a poll and put them all on one page.
use the code that specifies a poll by its poll id no.

Auron
because if you refresh teh page after you vote it will try and send another
vote to be counted. Which it can't so it prints out 'You have already voted!'
