Advance Guestbook 2.2 Add Entry Problem

I thought I had finished designing my guest book (www.metjoephotos.com/guestbook/index.php) but when I sign the guest book the design is only 1/2 there. Once you click on submit, on the thank you for signing page most of the design is gone! It looks like it is loading the footer template but not the header.

Any ideas what I need to change to get my design to appear on this page? Seeing is believing...check out the guestbook in case I am not explaining it well.

I noticed the same thing when I installed my guestbook, but then I realised what the problem was.

The 'thank you' page does load with the footer on the page, but not with the header.... the solution.... copy the coding for your header and paste it at the top of the template for the 'thank you' page.

It should then appear with both the header, AND the footer.
