Thanks for the great work and I have added you work exactly as you have listed but now I am unable to add an entry into my guestbook. I have checked the numbers, redone them and uploaded them too. Any suggestions?

Hmmmmmmm weird. Are you sure you followed the instructions precisely? www.carbonize.co.uk/verification.zip is the most upto date version of the script.

This is the same error I get no matter how many times I try it:

The Image Verication code you supplied is incorrect.
Please enter the 8 characters that appear in the image.

To the letter. The image come up but I keep getting the same error.

I would need to see the files myself to find any error.

How do I email them to you without showing your or my email address?

Never mind, I am an idiot. Was already on your website and will email them to you if that is OK. Much appreciate the help and speed you are doing this with.

I have just installed your verification script into my guestbook and it seems to be ok (now errors or anything) except the verification code/image is not loading.

Do you know what I can do to fix this?

Yeah I'm pretty sure I followed all the instructions correctly, but I'll re-do it to make sure.

I have currently only have it on my own machine (virtual server), would this effect anything?

I will transfer it onto the net and as soon as I do, I will send you the link.

ok ive uploaded it all onto the net now, and the images seem to be appearing..except for 1.

I redid the scripting like i said etc etc.

lol yeah, for some reason wen trying to add a background image into the guestbook..it turned green, lol. Could you please tell me which template and where to put the link to my image so all my guestbook pages have an image as the background rather than a hex colour. thanks.

ok the real problem for me is...
wen signing the guestbook u know with the verification script its supposed to display 8 characters? well mine isn't displaying the last character.. so theres only 7 characters in the box.
