 | I just upgraded. When viewing the old entries the swedish characters å,ä and ö are suddenly displayed as "?" instead. See: http://www.nebol.se/gastbok/index.php
 
 My browser views the page in UTF-8. When forcing the browser to view the page in Western ISO-8859-1 encoding it looks as it should. What can I do?
