im prolly doing something really stupid, but ive got the guestbook uploaded to the server, and ive done everything the readme says but i still get this error:

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /~demoniacal/cgi-bin/guestbook.pl.

could someone please tell me what im doing wrong? because im getting really frustrated
