I am using this guestbook script and lost my password to do administrative stuff. Your stuck with whatever anyone puts on your guestbook. This sucks.

My guestbook became heavily spammed, what I did to stop that was to include the guestboook in a frame inside a html page. Then put an exclusion for that html page in the robots.txt file so the search engines dont cache it. Since I did that I've had no spam on the Guestbook.

I got fed up with all the spam on my guest book, so I have changed the code so that all new entries have to be approved before they appear on the website. This is done by adding an extra command to the 'Easy Admin' view. I have 'edit', 'delete' and the new 'approve' option (or 'hide' if already approved).

This dont stop the spammers, but it means they dont mess up your guest book!

Where can I share this add on? It involves changes to 4 files.

I see this website requires human readable letters/numbers to be entered - nice. Where can I get this add on from??
