1 - Update to either 2.4.1 or Lazarus.
2 - Delete the entries via phpMyAdmin
Edit body.php in the templates folder.
1 - You are using old templates

2 - You did not run the update_db.php file found in the misc folder. Visit it in your browser to run it.
That means the database information you provided is incorrect (ie the username and password).
cPanels file manager is slow and tedious. You are better of using an FTP client such as Filezilla as then you can upload everything in one go.
Ok I'm guessing you downloaded the zip and extracted everything. Edited what needs editing then uploaded it all. What happens when you visit it in your browser?
I never agreed with it. I hardly even read it. I simply made it a sticky as a lot of people were asking for help with AP installation. My comments on not using Word still stand as it has a habit of messing around with the files.
Never edit a text file using Word. Always use a text editor even if it's just Notepad but I recommend PSPad.
Looks like it is trying to delete the index.html file in the public tmp folder. He should really fix his code to only delete the image files.
Speak to your hosts as there is a problem on the mysql server.
It's a known problem in PHP 4.4.1. Your host really should update to 4.4.2. What version of guestbook are you using?
You would have to speak to whomever modified the guestbook to work in OS Commerce. I just fixed the guestbook for somebody who was using the same version you have and the code is very altered.
Search is your friend. - http://carbonize.co.uk/Lazarus/Forum/index.php?topic=8.0
Update your config file not Replace. You are just supposed to copy the database information from the old one into the new one.
I'd really suggest either updating or reading this forum for my mod to remove the exploit they keep using.

Download 2.4.1 from this site, copy your database information from your old config.inc.php file to the one in 2.4.1. Upload the 2.4.1 files. Download my 2.2 to 2.3.x updat escript from www.carbonize.co.uk/AG and upload the extracted file to your guestbok folder. Visit the file in your web browser and follow the instructions. Then you need to run the update_db.php file found in the misc folder of 2.4.1. After that you're good to go.
