Odd, are you using the db or txt file version?

Try re-uploading all the files back up.
For the config file just copy the details out and then re-upload that as well.

Check that you've uploaded all the files again.

there's a set, which contain 3, head, body and foot, for the poll, results and one for comments.

Is your browser accepting cookies?

Check the cookie's length in poll_cookie.php, near the top.
Default is 96 hours.

Have included poll_cookie.php?

Check the admin panels last nav icon (far right) and it should show
some code for including your poll in a web/php page.

It's a template thing.

Check the demo polls on this site.

go to the poll list. there are 3 small icons on the right.
mouse over them and you should get some img titles pop up.

can you work out where the guestbook files are stored on your server space?

localhost can most likely stay as localhost.
dbname is the name of the MySQL database you want the poll to use.

ask your host or consult the cpanel doc's for info on how to setup db's.
