I got it now, my bad.
Missed that one completely. For styles uses classes and ids.
For more info on that kinda stuff check out www.htmlgoodies.com
Have you set the poll path in the admin panel correctly?

Is the poll set to hidden? ie. it hides the results until it expires (i think).
You were allowed to vote because the cookie expired.
Change the life time of the cookie in poll_cookire.php its within the firdt ten lines.
Default value is 96 hours. Set it to how many hours there are in a week or something like that.

Another way to allow one vote per person without cookie's (i think) is in the general
settings of the admin panel. Near the bottom there is a drop down menu.
Select check ip or ip table or something like that.

Also search for a lengthy post by me a while on cookie's, ip table/ip checking and logging.

Sounds like a good idea to me

They may show up on the poll because I remember seeing in one of the files
some RGB values. So I guess the poll would still show even if the img's were
not there. I would double check the path to your images.
The only place where you input an email address is if a user of the poll
decides to comment on it and leaves their email address, they leave their
address for you to contact them.

Did you upload all of the images?
Are you using the db or text file version?
tbh i have no idea.
i'd wait for carbonize to have a look at this thread.
To view comments on a web page the code can be found...

free scripts -> adv. poll -> demo

To my knowledge you cannot ban ip's in adv. poll.
For the db side of things you can go into phpMyAdmin and either repair or optimize the db tables which might help.
Have you set all the file permissions correctly?
Are there any errors being displayed?
After voting the user will only be able to view the results otherwise they'd be able to vote again.
Though, after voting the original page should load but display the poll' results.
After voting you want the user to be taken back to the main page?

Have you installed the poll correctly?
Including it correctly in your site?
Where's the interference though?

edit; just thought i'll test it later in IE6 on winxp under vpc tomorrow.
