Sudden inspiration hit, and now the problem is solved - in case anyone else has this apparent problem, AdPoll does not automatically allocate coloured bars to survey options - you have to do this yourself when you set up the survey (or you can go back and do it yourself later in the control panel as I did).

And the bars show up fine despite a maximum length of only 20 pixels.
Is it possible to show the time before ending of the poll? i use the textfile version...
I'm playing around with AdPoll and have hit a problem I can't find in these forums - it's all working fine except that the results don't show the coloured bars next to the percentages. There's a gap for them, which appears to be filled with "blank.gif". I'm using a narrow table width - is there a minimum width for coloured bars to show up?

See the problem at www.disley.org
You need to tell the webserver to process it as php by changing the filename to chat2.php
Then it should work.

Thanks Carb!

Day 3 and still no spammers. Thanks for the help Carb!!!!!
Hi,

you are right. HTML was enabled. After reading your warnings, I turned it off. May be to late. Looked also inside the templates and other files where the guestbook is located. No sign for a redirect. But, no success. But I had though succes! The redirection is now away. Mailed also the person, claimed to "hacked" my guest book. Did I succeed or he removed this, I don't know.

it's there http://www.amatortelsiz.com/konuk

Thanks for your kind reply.

SUCCESS!!!!
Thank you, Iskandar, for your instructions!

I'm not a web design person so I'm blindly making my own blog with MT and learning as I go. I don't know what a .htaccess file is or what it's purpose is. I had never heard of it before but I did as per your inst and viola! It worked ... finally ...after wasting a whole day on it yesterday. I did everthing right except I didn't know about the .htaccess file trick and there was nothing in the documentation.

Thanks again for your inst and patience!

Nevermind.. I found it. Brain Fart! I've applied the new code and hope it works. I've been getting killed with spammers from Asia.
I can not find the "addentry.php" file in ver. 2.2. Can anyone help out.

Will this also work for the Advanced poll? I forgot my login too.

Nevermind, I finally got it right.

Is it possible to set up a poll where the voters can select more than one option?

For example:
Which of the following bands would you like to see perform at Nightclub X?
A
B
C
D
E

Choose as many as you like.

Is the above scenerio possible?
