Possible but not to keen on the idea myself. You would either end up with a lot of numbered links are the bottom or you would have to cut out the middle chunk of links (1 2 3 4 .... 13 14 15 16).
Thats not an option in Lazarus ya dolt. You could just password the comments. The password option can be set via the General Settings of Advanced guestbook.
Advanced Guestbook 2.3.3 has been released to fix an exploit. It is recommended you upgrade. Simply download the new version and replace all your files EXCEPT the config.inc.php file in the admin folder.

As I posted about a long time ago their is an exploit in Advanced Guestbook whereby HTML can be posted by altering a browser useragent. You can currently see this in posts 7001 and 7002 of this sites guestbook. To patch this open lib/add.class.php and find
Because eval tells it to evaluate the following bit of php where as your method would result in the variables that are present in the templates not getting converted into whatver the variable is currently holding.
Some English people cannot speak decent English so I wouldn't be to concerned. Anyway as to this error is it just your guestbook or any Advanced Guestbook? If it's just yours do you have a link to it ?
Personally I'd say it was a good excuses to switch to Firefox
