cant delete tracking links in my admin section

In your general settings (admin area) simply change the poll title

read the text file included in the download.

you place in it the index.php, addentry.php and the comment.php file. but where is the rest of the code?

I've seen this in my Fantastico section on my control panel, downloaded it, but don't have a clue how to use it!

Any ideas??

I do believe I have found the problem. Its Mysql....
I am going to delete it and do a complete new install....will advise.

Sorry for the delay but my server was down for about a week Sad
It's easy as this:

1. Once you are logged in PHPMyAdmin select the database that you want to extract from the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen.
You'll get a table listing from that database.

2. In the upper menu on the right side of the screen should be "EXTRACT" tab. Click that.

2. On the final screen you will be presented with options for saving the file to your computer. Make sure that you select "Structure and data" option, select all tables and check the "Save as file" box. Here you can zip the file if you want.

That's it.

Now for restoring your database on a new server.

1. Create new database

2. Repeat step one from the previous tutorial.
Click on "SQL" tab in the menu.

3. Locate the backup file on your cumputer.

And now you can call yourself SQL master Smile
If you have any problems let me know.

I did what you said how to restore database, i installed guestbook again, and try to upload the backup i get this error

MySQL said:
"DROP DATABASE" statements are disabled.

Then i try to make a new MySQL that doesnt have the guestbook still get same error. Any ideas.

Same "scorpion" attacked one of the voluneteer sites I built.. I deleted the entry through the sql. But now I need to try to recover the password

Weird. Change the guestbook link on your site to http://www.herohumor.com/cohguestbook/index.php and it works fine. I'm at work so don't have access to the script but for some reason it is putting the image path as //img/***.gif instead of just /img/ip.gif. Did you fill in the config file correctly? did you edit any of the files?

Can't seem to figure out if there is a way to let the visitor select the language.

If not a drop down box, is there somethink along the lines of http://.../guestbook/index.php?lang=english

Ok, well I added the php file that included the function its going to do, then I went into the language file and made one like this:

so that when that variable is run it should display the countdown date. It shows it, but the problem is, is that it puts it at the top, its not putting it where I want it.

Any ideas on why it wont go where I put the $Lang[DaysLeft] in the header.php file?

I have a php script that I run with the rest of my layout, and I can't figure out how to get it to use script if I add php code to the header.php file in the administration section of the guestbook. Does anyone know how to allow php code to be run when you put it in those files, or do I need to do something else to get it to work?

I want to work on my guestbook but I can't because I don't know the username and password. My sister set it up for me and never bothered to tell me the username and pass >< Any one know how I can retrieve it?

Can anyone help me with this?
