You can specify how many entries to show per page. The default is 10.
You would have to use phpMyAdmin but why would you want to fake entries? Thats just sad.
As you have just discovered Fantastico sucks when it comes to having the latest scripts. Let your host know that the fantastico version is the reason you were exploitable so if they want to blame anyone they should blame Fantastico and themselves.
http://proxy2.de/scripts.php

You will see that the current version is 2.0.8 which should fix the exploit they used on you.

It is always best practice to check on the scripts you use to see if there are new versions.
You neglect to say which version of th epoll you are running.
No the password in the config.inc.php file is your DATABASE password and not the password for the guestbook. it is the database information from the config.inc.php file that you need to make the forgot_pass.php file work.
Open notepad or wordpad and just drag the file on to it.
All the required information can be found in the config.inc.php file which is in the admin folder of your guestbook. Again this can only be viewed by downloading it to your computer or file manager.
I don't have the gb files here but if you visit something like www.yoursite,com/guestbookphp/misc/resetpassword.php you will be able to reset the password. resetpassword.php is not the files name so you need to log in to either FTP or file manager to get the correct file name.
The UTF-8 BOM wouldn't show unfortunatly. I'd suggest trying something like PSPad or send me your config file and I will fix it.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home1/escuela3/public_html/libro/admin/config.inc.php:1) in /home1/escuela3/public_html/libro/lib/captcha.class.php on line 292

Like I said you have white space at the start of your config file. Or rather, looking at it, it is a BOM header for a UTF-8 file. What text editor do you use? Just notepad?
Got a link for me? Odds are the problem is white space at the start of your config file but post the link so I can look.

btw it's 22:50 here so I probably wont check it until tomorrow.
Check the database details you have in your config.inc.php file found in the admin folder.
there is a file in the misc folder for reseting the admin details. Just visit it in your web browser.
