hey everyone, I have a 2 part question about this great poll script. I have everything working great right now except I need to align the results to the left instead of being centered in the table, where can I find this line of code to fix this? Ive searched the template code im using and I may be missing it or my eyes are deceiving me at this time.

Another thing I wanted to ask instead of starting a new thread, why is it that after voting it shows the results page which is good yes, but when I clear cookies, cache, history and even reset the poll in the admin, it doesnt refresh on the page, it still shows the results page with no votes and says Ive already voted. How does one refresh everything?

Hi,
my guestbook works fine and its the best I have ever had. I even could include it and fit it to my webdesign without any problems.

Last week then somebody was signing in my guestbook and wrote the the email row was to short for his email. I checked it and its true - its only 30 digits for my Advanced Guestbook. How I can lenghten it to for example 40 oder 35 digits? I couldn't find it
thanks for your help

But that's the problem - the other people's email is not showing up either....
auron, im at the install.php page and when it asks me to enter in a username and password it keeps telling me the passwords do not match? im typing in the exact same thing, do they have to match something else I dont know about?
ok, well i was wondering where to upload the db folder? to any directory?
Ah thats the problem then. The guestbook script fills in the email if none supplies as theirname@server. Because you are hosting it locally it is putting server as your IP. You need to manually edit that part in add.class.php.
Hello, I was just wondering if there is an installation guide for the advanced poll? I could of sworn I had seen one before on here.
Coppermine works perfectly. It is probably some bug in advanced guestbook......

Ideas ?
Could it be my settings in PHP ??

http://phpinfo.dds.nl/index.php ......

I know some functions are 'disabled'

I hope you can find a bug somewhere ! I don't know what to do
Hi,
Thanks for that response. I had actually just managed to solve the problem.
Below is a comment I just made in another forum where I had also requested for help. The concerned database table, as also suggested in your forum articles was "book_data".

I did actually go back to the database so I could prove to you what I had said, that there was no suspicious entry! This time, though, I opened the concerned database table in PHPmyAdmin, in a different way, so it showed the entries in detail, and the re-directing script was hidden. I deleted and everything is now okay. Actually those bastards had put their script there as a "Comment" to the last visitors entry! For that reason, even the administration page of the Guestbook, where you could delete/edit the entries was not accessible as the same script would redirect me to the hackers page!

Is there anyway to prevent such??
Regards
Hello !
You edit the templates in the admin section.

There is no such section like "poll list tamplate"

doesn't anybody want to help? Is this possible? It's just that he goes to the same page over and over again. But if I change the code back to addenty.php (instead of gastenboek2.php) it works. But not in the same table...

I saw the possibilties and the little tutorials but they didn;t work at all ~_~. I really don't have a header and no footer :S. I just want it to be in the same content. Could anyone help me, please? *puppydogeyes*.
