I have problems, too

I use the textfile version and I´m looking for the
install.php you told above, but there is no install.php
in any directory.

The Read me file tell me,
Goto the admin page -> http://www.yourdomain.com/poll/admin.php

but there is no admin.php anywhere

execute the admin/index.php I get the message:
Failed opening required '../include/config.inc.php' (include_path='') in is/htdocs/12345/www.my-domain.de/poll/admin/common.inc.php on line 10

whats wrong,
can anybody help me?

Is anybody received only "s" as the only text in the admin panel? That gets confusing because I don't know what anything is.

i get the following error:

the guestbook files are problably not defined correctly in the script 'guestbook.pl'

just type your new username and your new password (2x) and click on the submit button

first rename your *.html to *.php
