When I had installed 2.3.3, I read here the instructions to replace the [at] in the e-mail addresses into an @-picture.

Now I have installed 2.3.4 and I forgot how to change this. In what file I have to be?

On top of the page it says (in Dutch):

Where can I modify this? For example: the months in Dutch aren't written in capital.

The same for the dates on top of the posted messages...
