problems with smilies

i have succesfully install the guestbook, bij when i am entering a message is only see red X instead of smilies.. does anybody nows how to fick this bug..

Well I tried it like this http://www.rhoefman.nl/guestbook/index.php and like this http://www.rhoefman.nl/guestbook/ No difference Sometimes guestbook needs the index.php at the end. But that doesnt seem to hold true for yours. Are the image files there in your folder and chmoded correctly?

i think i install the smilies correctly, because at the admin site i can see my smilies. but i didn't change anything in chmod. (chmod is as follow 644)

if i look at the config.inc.php.
i entered the following

$GB_PG["base_url"] = ""; /* e.g htpp://www.yourdomain.com/guestbook/img */(original) so i put the url as follows

$GB_PG["base_url"] = "http://www.rhoefman.nl/guestbook/img"; /* e.g htpp://www.yourdomain.com/guestbook/img */

this is the only thing i change..

No clue maybe carb can help you.

after installing everything again the smilies are back...
