server doesnt support CHMOD...help?  XML

is there anyway i can CHMOD the tmp folder if my server doesnt support CHMOD (something to do with it being windows nt) ...but one folder allows has world write access to it which is Perl...any solutions to this problem..thx my niggas

Hi

AFAIK you can right click on the directory or file and then select Properties -> Security.

You may have to be logged in as administrator to do all the possible changes to the permissions.
