Or place the javascript in an external file and call the file at the star of each page that needs it.

I love people who ask for help then say that the help they are given is incorrect. You can now go use the search function and find the other thread where another Dutch gentleman had the same problem.

As I said you did replace ALL the files when you upgraded (except admin/config.inc.php)

well thats kind of obvious. It needs to send the data to somewhere that can handle it. I think you mean the redirect from the success message and that is success.php in templates.

There are ways but I'm not 100%. Using transparent images maybe .

As with all forms the url to send the form to is in the form tag as action="URL". In the guestbook this is located in templates/form.php

As I have stated elsehwere in this forum the hostname resolves to the webhost, www.theplanet.com which tells me that somebody is running script on theplanet.com's server. Email support@theplanet.com or abuse@theplanet.com and inform them about this. Most hosts will not tolerate this kind of abuse of their services and close the account.
Also look at the human verification system.

Message Auron as he is the Advanced Poll expert. I would download it and have a look for you but that would require me to be able to stop coughing for five minutes. but
1 - You should only have one database for the poll to work
2 - No this is just to do with if you use a shared or dedicated database
3 - If this has not been addressed by the time I feel better I will write a mod to fix it.

Just to confirm you replaced all your 2.2 files with 2.3.x files then ran my upgrade.php script or whatever I called it?
