ive tried doing it - it changes my password just fine
but the problem still is -

i can log in - but then when i try to go to other parts of the admin panel it kicks me and tells me i need to give a valid password

went to my guestbook today - found it was "hacked" first of all i thought it was just some malicous code in the latest entry (which it was) but they also changed my password

so i un-installed it - and then re-installed it again (which would have updated it to the latest version right?

and then came the fun part - i uploaded my backup of the website, which would have been an old verison i guess.

it uploaded fine - and all the entrys are showing (other than the latest 2 which we're made after my backup)

and i can log in - but then after that if i click on any of the administration links it takes me straight back to the log in telling me i need to specify a correct password before i go any further!

any help would be much apreciated

I just installed Advanced Poll 2.03 using fantastico. I'm using Xoops as my CSM, created my poll which previews fine, and now am trying to insert it into a Custom Block. I guess I'm putting the wrong code into the block. I've tried numerous combinations of both php code it generated in the help and also html code. Has anyone ever done this in an Xoops custom block? Or does anyone know which code I should be using? Thanks in advance.

That's a Macromedia built popup that doesn't work as posted. However, the problem is not the popup setup but how to pass the poll_id?

I have installed poll 2.03 and works nice.

What I wish to do is to vote in a popup window. After listing my polls I get:

Do you like parties? Vote
Do you like sports? Vote

So, when you click "Vote" a window like the third example in demo_1.php pops up. I can't figure out how to do that.

Thanks, but I tried that but but my style sheet seems to override the settings in it.

I am trying to upload images on my web site, everything works but I can't get write permissions to these directories -public - 777 (drwxrwxrwx) (directory)
- tmp - 777 (drwxrwxrwx) (directory). Does anyone know what can I do. How can I set the upload to another public fldere which is outside the guestbook folder? Thanks
