At the top of the information it clearly states beta.servers-serving.net resolves to 205.234.97.216
Post the hostname here.
You forgot the javascript that was in form.php that contained the emoticon function.
Download the guestbook from this site and replace all your existing files exept the config.inc.php file found in the admin folder. Next goto www.carbonize.co.uk/AG and download the human verification files and read the readme included with them.
Admin - Easy Admin but they are stored as hostnames and not IP. use www.dnstools.com to resolve the hostname to the IP and ISP.
Read the first thread of this forum - Adding a simple human verification test
Are we talking spam or just an idiot ?
I have rewrote the password reset script but need it testing first. I have attached it to this post - http://carbonize.co.uk/Lazarus/Smf/index.php?topic=8.0

Remember to download the attachment not the file that is mentioned in the post.

Try redownloading the guestbook from this site and replacing all files except admin/config.inc.php
Try actually reading the existing threads before posting questions that have been answered time and time again. The first thread in this forum is clearly titled Adding a simple human verification test.
1 - You probably have white space either before the opening <?php or after the closing ?> in config.inc.php file found in admin folder.

2 - Adin - Style set the time offset.
Damn thats one helpful host. Not many hosts will change PHP versions willy nilly.
Wow a host that is not only willing to update to 4.4 but also then to 5. My host gives me crap when I suggest they update to 5.
and templates ?
I have written some patch files for Lazarus and will work on some for Advanced Guestbook. The problem lies in password, scanning smiley directory and templates?
