Your host does have MySQL don't they ?
Depends on what the error messages are. As to the former you should see a SQL link in amongst all the other links. As cPanel uses skins I couldn't say precisely where the link is.
(at) and (dot) can be found in gb.class.php

I forgot to take backup of the old files.
Plese help.

You using 2.3.4 ?
It's called a timestamp and is the standard method for storing times and dates. It's the number of seconds fro the 1st january 1970 I believe.
Thats as it should be. It does that to try and prevent email harvesters getting your guests email addresses.
Simply get your database info from cPanel and replace it in the config file.
All the ip's covered in that list reso,ve to the hostname in question.
Ok do you mean that is appearing beneath their name? you may need to download the full guestbook from this site and replace all files except config.inc.php
Click it.
that covers all the IP's assigned to that hostname
you could add

205.234.96.
205.234.97.
205.234.98.
etc upto
205.234.111.

Wchich will only be thir IP's. Or you could report this to the people who own the IP's.
Yes they could.
You could ban 205.234.
Not really. As the look up showed that host name is connected to a range of IPs. NetRange: 205.234.96.0 - 205.234.111.255
