If you allow html you will be setting yourself up to be hacked. version 2.2 is vulnarable enough to exploits without useing carbs update script and disableing html.

I just reset your login name and password to the defaults. You need to use carbs reset script and exploit script to prevent things like this from happening again. Also disable html.

Based on the open source JForum
