cPanel seriously ballsed up their last installation files. Download the guestbook from this site then replace ALL your guestbook files EXCEPT the admin/config.inc.php file.

You don't need Lazarus to stop comment spam. Simply login to Admin and goto General Settings then turn on the password for posting comments.

How did you install it? I'm going to guess that you use cPanel to install it.

Off the top of my head you would need to edit add.class.php, form.php, entry.php and vars.class.php. It would not be as easy as you would think.

Possibly but it's a guestbook not a forum. Any comments relating to an entry will appear in that entry so there qould be no need to quote it.

I am curious as to why you are looking for the IP addresses unless you wish to ban somebody.

You can change the date format if you know PHP date code and the number of entries in the query. Can you let me see it in action ?

I was going to upload it somewhere but I'll just post it in here for you to copy and paste. Just put the file in the guestbook folder then include it where you want the entries to be displayed.

As I said in my forum cPanel has messed up their latest installation files. You need to download the guestbook script from this site then replace ALL your guestbook files EXCEPT admin/config.inc.php.

The installer is also the updater. Or you could just read the thread at the top of this forum.
